Date and Place of Birth – January 17, 1965, village of Chervone (Stare Selo), Sumy District, Sumy Region, Ukraine.
Education:
- In 1979, graduated from the Chervone Eight-Year School. In the same year, entered Sumy College of the Sugar Industry.
- In 1983, graduated from Sumy College of the Sugar Industry with a degree in “Automation of Production Processes.”
- 1985–1990 – studied at the Sumy Branch of the Kharkiv Agricultural Institute, Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization.
- In 1994, entered a part-time postgraduate program.
- In 1998, defended a PhD dissertation devoted to the regulation of the stress-strain state of structures.
Professional Experience:
- After graduating from the institute, worked as Chief Engineer at the Shpylivskyi State Farm, Sumy District, Sumy Region.
- In 1992, joined Sumy Agricultural Institute as an Assistant at the Department of Tractors and Agricultural Machinery.
- 1998–2005 – Associate Professor, Department of Tractors and Agricultural Machinery.
- From October 2005 to September 2023 – Head and Associate Professor, Department of Design of Technical Systems.
- Since September 2023 – Associate Professor, Department of Transport Technologies.
Main Courses Taught: Technical Mechanics; Interaction of Different Modes of Transport; Biofuels: Production Technologies and Efficiency of Their Use.
Research Activities: author of more than 100 publications, including more than 30 articles in professional journals and 9 articles in international journals indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases.
Research Interests: reduction of anthropogenic pressure on the environment through the improvement of technologies for the utilization of crop residues from the agro-industrial sector.
