Born on May 06, 1953 in Lebedyn, Sumy region, Ukraine.
1967-1972 - training at Sumy Building Technical College, specialty - Industrial and Civil Engineering.
1972-1974 - army service.
1974-1980 - worked in party organizations.
1980-1985- held the positions of a master, construction manager, senior construction manager in MK-7a LMK-88 Sumselbud.
1985-1990- held the position of a construction manager in ROT-3 in MPR.
1991-2010 - Director of the construction company " Seliktsioner":"SLOVEN LTD"
2013 – Present - Lecturer at the Department of Architecture and Engineering Surveying
Basic courses: "Engineering geodesy (basic course)", "Fundamentals of geodesy", "Engineering geodesy (practical training)".
Advanced training: "Golstreem" Ltd. - "Talto Resonance" Ltd., Odessa (02.09.1918) Reconstruction of the center building.
